PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE
Dear Parents
It is great that the rain has stopped and the wind is not as strong as it was in the middle of the night. As you will be aware a National Emergency has been declared as Cyclone Gabrielle continues to wreak havoc as she journeys down Te Ika A Maui (the North Island). Our prayers are with those who have been impacted by the cyclone, both here in Auckland and throughout the North Island.
St Joseph’s Catholic school will be OPEN Wednesday 15 February to students and staff.
We look forward to welcoming back the students and staff tomorrow.
If you find you are unable to bring your child back to school tomorrow for any reason please notify the school through the ‘Report an Absence’ link on the school website.
If your child completed some of the Home Learning activities please could they bring them to school tomorrow.
Thank you for your support and understanding with the school closure this week. I am sure summer will make an appearance over the next few weeks.
Please take care and stay safe.
