Kia ora Whanau,

Sadly, we were unable to have our Colour Fun Run today due to the weather. Thank you for sending your child in their Colour Run clothes. Please, can you do the same next Friday, which is when we hope to reschedule the run.

Our next school event is the Matariki Disco. This will be held on Thursday, 29th June between 5.30 – 7.30pm in the school hall (see flyer below). Our school discos are a highlight in our school year. We look forward to seeing all the children at this AWESOME evening. Circle the date in the family diary.

It was lovely to see so many parents and grandparents at this week’s ‘sharing the learning’. The children really enjoy sharing their learning with their whanau. If you were unable to take the opportunity to look at your child’s work, you are most welcome to come in before or after school. Your child will be able to show you their books and the work that they have done, which is hanging on the walls.

Registrations for Flippa Ball/Splash Polo Term 3 are open and will close at 9 am on Friday 30 June 2023.

Location: Sir Owen Glenn National Aquatic Centre, Antares Place, Mairangi Bay

Day: Sunday 

Game Times: Varies, 1:00pm-6:00pm 

Season Dates: 30 July – 17 September (no games 13 August)

Game Duration: 20 min (2 x 8 min halves)

FEES: $60 per player (based on 8 in a team)

– Flippa ball Years 4-6

Location: AUT Millennium, Antares Place, Mairangi Bay

Day: Sunday 

Game Times: Varies, 1:00pm-6:00pm 

Season Dates: 30 July – 17 September

Game Duration: 20 min (2 x 8 min halves)

*FEES: $85 per player (based on 8 in a team) including 3 training sessions per term

*Please note the fees have been increased by NHWP due to an increase in pool charges.

Just a reminder… please display your child’s full name and Home Group number on the dashboard of your car during pick up. This makes the end-of-day process a lot faster. We appreciate your help with this.
