PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE
Dear Parents
Next Monday, 17 June, we have ‘Sharing the Learning’. Parents and whanau are invited to come in with their children, who will share the learning they have done this term. Learning spaces will be open from 8:00 am – 8:45 am. This is a wonderful opportunity for you and your child to celebrate their learning.
If Monday morning doesn’t work for you, you’re welcome to call in before or after school any day during the rest of the week and your child will be able to share their learning with you.
At the end of this term you will receive, by email, your child’s mid-year progress report. On Friday 2 August (Term 3, Week 2) we will be providing parents the opportunity to meet with their child’s teacher. The online booking information for the parent/teacher progress conference will come out in week 10.
As always, if at any stage you wish to meet your teacher regarding your child’s learning, you are welcome to contact them, by email, or via the school office to arrange a meeting after school.
The PTFA are meeting Monday, 17 June at 7:15 pm in the school staffroom. Parents are welcome to come along and share ideas; and help support the school community and fundraising efforts. These meetings are also a great way to connect with parents of our school community. We look forward to seeing you on Monday.
Take care

PTFA MEETING ON MONDAY – ALL WELCOME!
ONLINE PAYMENTS
When paying online into the school bank account, please use your child’s name & home group as the ‘reference’. All payments relate to the children rather than the parent, hence the need to record their name in the ‘reference’. You will also need to record what the payment is for ie ‘book cover’, ‘school fees’, etc.
Thank you!
DOMINION STREET ENTRANCE
Thank you for using the Dominion St school entrance for dropping off and collecting your child. A reminder that the Fred Thomas drive is only for Summit School cars. Please do not drive in the Summit School entrance. This is both a safety and congestion issue for the Summit School community.
CAR PARKS
Please, can you be careful when you are using the parish and school car parks. The car parks are used by parishioners, Rosmini parents, and our parents. If you accidentally bump into a parked car, please leave a note on it acknowledging that this has occurred and provide your contact details. Thank you.
