Have a read of  what Amarnie (Room 7) has been up to over the holidays…

She competed in the NZ Ski & Snowboard Nationals Cadrona, Wanaka on the first week of the school holidays.  She competed in her own age group, which is called Ruggies.  They competed over 4 days in 5 events at Cadrona including the Olympic Halfpipe, World Championship  Boarder Cross, Free Style, Giant Salom & Giant Mountain.  Amarnie won 4 Gold medals & 1 Silver medal out of the 5 events & took out the NZ Ruggies Snowboarding title which she was very happy about.
